API 16C Choke & Kill Hose

  • Certification: API Spec 16C
  • Construction:
    Tube: Oil-based and water-based mud resistant
    Reinforcement : Multiple layers of high strength s.s. cables
    Cover: Oil, Ozone, weather and barasion resistance
  • End Fittings:NPT threaded or buttweld hammer unions, unibolt, API flanges and other kinds of connections with safety clamps, hose lift eye & collar clamp
  • Options:Available with fire resistance inner tube and Stainless Steel armor and s.s. wire braided cover
  • Application:Oil, gas, mud and other high pressure media delivery
  • It is mainly used for connection of inner and outer high pressure choke and kill hose and as flexible connection between mud & gas separator and choke manifold.

API 7K Rotary/Vibrator hose

  • Certification:API Spec 7K
  • Construction:
    Tube: Oil-based and water-based mud resistant
    Reinforcement : Multiple layers of high strength s.s. cables
    Cover: Oil, Ozone, weather and barasion resistance
  • End Fittings:NPT threaded or buttweld hammer unions, unibolt, API flanges and other kinds of connections with safety clamps, hose lift eye & collar clamp
  • Options:Available with fire resistance inner tube and Stainless Steel armor cover
  • Application:Used in drilling, cementing, workover services, borehole operation, and as flexible connection between standpipe and swivel, or between pump and standpipe
  • Suitable for delivering large quantity of water-based or oil-based mud at high pressure, with the min. aniline point at 66℃

NOTE: These hose are often called mud hoses, shock lines, vibration hose, Kelly hose as well as the common name rotary hose
