Insertion cementing technology is usually applied into large diameter cased hole by inserting small diameter drillpipe with float collar stinger on the lower end into float collar/shoe of the casing to establish circulation with the annulus and then inject cement through drillpipe into annulus outside casing with cement vehicle.
Technical Features:
Reduce cement slurry mixing with drilling fluid inside the casing and shorten time for displacement of drilling fluid.
Cement slurry can be returned in advance, reducing waste and environmental pollution caused by excessive cement.
